Review: Clean & Clear morning energy facewashes

The last time I wrote about Clean & Clear, my review was pretty disastrous. I was just extremely disappointed in what I thought was a good inexpensive brand. I was a little suspicious of the tiny morning energy face washes in the stores, but on seeing Cynthia from my favourite beauty blog Indian Vanity Case rave about what looked like something similar, I was curious to see if they were any good and if maybe I'd dismissed the brand too quickly.

Clean & Clear morning energy face wash with energizing lemon

Clean & Clear - "Energize your tired looking skin with this gentle face wash which has BURSTING BEADS that burst with energy and Vitamin C-rich lemon extract. Gives you a burst of morning energy anytime of the day. The rich foam thoroughly removes oil and dirt. It has special ingredients that help prevent common skin problems, without over-drying. Leaves skin feeling clean, clear and beautiful everyday.

Ponds pure white Deep Cleansing Facial Foam: Review

Rs. 90 for 50g

Shelf Life: 2 years

Ponds - "Ponds introduces new skin cleansing philosophy: Black attracts Black! Ponds Pure White Facial Foam is formulated with Activated Carbon. This face wash with 'Black' Activated Carbon helps absorb and lift away the 'Black" dirt and impurities from skin surface and deep within pores, helping to reduce the causes of blemish to help reveal your natural pure white looking skin."

Ok, so I've been AWOL for quite a while. I've been travelling non stop - to Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum. If only it weren't for work, I'd be having the time of my life. Now that I'm back, I'm going to make up for what I miss in terms of beautiful scenery, with more beauty-related reviews. Does that even make sense?

Lakmé Clean Up Nourishing Glow Face Wash: Review

Source: www.littlemiss-perfect.com
Some time back, there was this ad on TV - Lakmé Fruit Blast Face Washes. There was just something about those girls crushing juicy fruits, the lyrics; everything about the ad screamed refreshed skin. Did I mention that I love fruits, fruit juices, smoothies etc? When I saw this Lakmé face wash in a chemist, it looked so much like the Lakmé Fruit Blast face wash with Berries, I had to pick it up.

What Lakmé Claims: Salon-like cleanup everyday now at home! With goodness of strawberries, wash away all visible dirt, impurities and pollution.

Price: Rs. 145 for 100 g

Shelf Life: 2 years

Chambor Whitening Cleansing Foam Review

Every birthday, my aunt always gifts me the same stuff. Some jewellery, some lipsticks/lip glosses and few bottles of nail paint, a lotion/moisturizer and sometimes some clothes. And every birthday I long to see what she has in store for me (who wouldn't? It's the dream hamper for all of us makeup lovers.). This birthday along with moisturizer I got this cleansing foam.
