The blackhead wars continue -
Earlier, I told you about my first scrub which did nothing at all to help me with my horrible blackheads. Let me tell you now about the product which turned the blackhead wars in my favour (Oops...I think I just revealed my verdict! :D ). I've always loved Nivea as a brand. You know how some brands you just like, even if you don't have an actual reason to (you may not have even tried their products, but you just know they will be great for you!). Nivea is like that for me. Maybe it's the gorgeous gentle subtle fragrance in every Nivea product I've ever had which assures me that Nivea will work wonders for my skin. Maybe it's the beautiful ads - all those women with flawless skin - they can't be wrong! Or maybe it's just that Nivea has never failed me in the past. These sentiments, along with one review singing the praises of this product had me clicking the buy button on healthkart.com without a second thought.

Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub: Review
Once upon a time there was a tiny black dot called a blackhead. He looked at the spotless nose around him, and he quite liked what he saw. He decided he would conquer the entire territory. Slowly, one by one, he and his descendants started growing, expanding their kingdom until they had covered the entire nose. And there they stayed, guarding their territory. That is, until I discovered their arch nemesis - The Scrub.
I have the most stubborn blackheads perched around my nose thanks to my combination-oily skin. Even though I'm not a huge fan of scrubs, I've been stocking up on them ever since I waged war on the blackhead colony on my nose some years back. This was my very first scrub, so I thought I should review it. My initial intention was to get the Garnier Pure Active Scrub, but since the shop near my house didn't have it, I ended up purchasing this instead (I had quite liked the Clean & Clear ads on TV that were so frequent back then - I know, buying a product based on advertisements is something you should never ever do, but sometimes you can't help yourself, you know?).
