Nivea invisible Black and White Aerosol Review

I've always loved Nivea products. It's just one of the brands that I love for no actual reason. Maybe the fact that Nivea products have never disappointed me help. Let's see if this deodorant kept up to that standard.

I absolutely adore the black white and pink packaging of this deodorant. There's something very cute, feminine and eye-catching about it. And like all deodorants, it's small enough to carry around in your handbag. The fragrance, as mentioned, is delicate and clear. It's a bit musky and floral. The fragrance is very gentle, and pleasant, and won't affect people (like myself) with sensitive noses. However, since the fragrance is mild and gentle, it won't help athletes and the like who'll probably need stronger deodorants. 

I can't comment on the 48 hour claim (no one wears the same clothes to work two days in a row, and even if you're forced to for some reason, you'll definitely spray some deodorant again), but the scent lasts for a good 10-12 hours. As for it being a good antiperspirant, you'll still sweat while you're using it (antiperspirants can't stop the production of sweat altogether, so that's a bit too much to ask), and if there was any reduction in the amount of sweat, I didn't notice. 

The first deodorant I fell in love with was one from Fa. It has the most gorgeous floral fragrance. But unfortunately, every time I used it, there would be a white powdery residue left back, staining my dark clothes. This Nivea deodorant is formulated to prevent such powder residue from being formed. I've completed this entire bottle, and never once have I had the issue that I did with the Fa deodorant. It also works well to prevent yellow stains on white products. So a big thumbs up for that!

My Verdict: 9.5/10 (For availability reasons)

Will I purchase it again? I'm not a huge fan of antiperspirants. Sweat is our bodys way of throwing away toxic waste, so I don't really like trying to control sweat production. So for that reason and for the lack of availability, I probably won't be purchasing this one again. That said, if you manage to come across this, or if its ever released in India, and you don't have an issue using antiperspirants, then do give this a shot. It lives up to all its claims, and your clothes will thank you for it!
